I am writing to you regarding the "urban fox control reduction treatment" which was carried out during September 2009 for health & safety and building damage prevention at my residence.............. (address withheld)

I would like to confirm that I was satisfied with the results and felt that you worked in a safe, professional and discreet manner.

The treatment was a success and any damage caused was prevented by this treatment and came to a halt.

I will certainly be recommending you and keep you in mind should any future works arise.

Letter 3

Dear Pest - Go Limited,

I am happy to write with regards to your service.

As you are aware we have had an ongoing and incresing problem with foxes on the site. We were very pleased with ypur prompt attention in dealing with this and I know it has been successful, at least for the moment, with decreasing the number of foxes.

I can also say that you have dealt with the situation in a very sensitive manner, especially as we are a school, and we obviously wanted to avoid affecting the sensibilities of our pupils, parents and staff. There was very little, if any, disruption to the school, for which I am very appreciative.

I am sure if the situation starts causing us problems again in the near future, we can count on you for a repeat of your speedy assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.

If the need arises I would not hesitate to recommend you and your services to other interested parties.

Further to your recent 2 week site attendance, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your efforts in understanding and dealing with this somewhat sensitive issue.

As you were aware, foxes were active around our four acre site causing a health & safety risk to our staff by their fouling around site.

I was very satisfied with your responsse time, the service you offered and the way in which you conducted it.

I would be pleased to use your service in the future if necessary and would be pleased to endorse your service to others.

The foxes have been present since February 2009 to my knowledge but only started to present a problem when they began to enter the ****** building and ultimately discovered on level 4 south atrium on the access scaffoldfing. They had also camped in duct work and in riser cupboard type areas.

Pest - Go Limited attended site and was able to provide all the necessary criteria to satisfy ******* procedures and the current legislation including the required licence and approval from the Metropolitan Police.

Four foxes were caught and disposed of and since then we have had no further sightings.

Do you nee to see the areas before you give a price?

This is a built up area. the school is surrounds by houses etc.

The school is in *****. Is this within your area of operation.

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
