We will not accept any physical, verbal, malicious, threatening behaviour, written or

electronically transmitted abuse to ourselves or our clients.

Any received abuse will be classed as an assault. The matter will be recorded

and reported to the Local Police Authority.

We expect to carry out our work in a safe environment and ensure the safety of ourselves

and our clients.
